Day Eighty Two: Still In Bordertown, NV...29/12/08

We had a change of plans today.. After more extensive research, it seems Yosemite National Park is too far off the beaten track, so we decided we'd just spent another day in Bordertown. We'll make our way to San Francisco in the morning. The drive tomorrow, will essentially be the last of the "On The Road" adventures of our trip. San Fran marks our final port of call.. It is from there we will bring in the New Year, and it is from there we will board that much dreaded flight home. It's not that we don't want to come home... but it's a pretty long flight!! Although I have to say, all the doom and gloom stories we're hearing from back home are not exactly encouraging.. Thanks a bunch everybody!! I guess we'll have to face the reality of it all sooner or later, but for now, we still have a week left, so we'll sure as hell make the most of it. We intend to enjoy everything San Francisco has to offer us...
