Day Sixty Nine: A Lazy Day In Kingman...16/12/08

The rain finally ceased, and left in it's wake, a real freshness in the air around Kingman this morning... Unfortunately, there is very little to do in this town. That said, we didn't venture too far from the park to really find out. We did plan to go to the cinema, but we were informed that it was closed, for reasons unknown. So we spend the day hanging around the park making use of some of the facilities. It was no great surprise that the pool and hot tub weren't open either, but we did get to enjoy a spot of mini-golf. Most of the course was waterlogged, but we played anyway... The news of the day... the dollar is weaker than it's been since we got here. Not good for America... but great for us!! We're on the road again tomorrow, and making our way north to the Grand Canyon.
