Day Twenty Four: The road to Dallas.. 01/11/08

There's not too much to write about today. We just had a very long day of driving.. We left Graceland at 10am and arrived in Dallas shortly after 8pm. We drove through Arkansas to get to Texas which is the 10th state we've been in so far. We spent 305 miles on the one stretch of road and we thought it was never going to end!! The only thing of any significance to really write about, is that we've reached the 3000 mile mark for this trip... and we've only been on the road less than 3 weeks!! We'll probably head into the city tomorrow. There's not much we want to see in Dallas. It's really just a breaking point on the way to Houston. We'll just go to the place where JFK was shot. You'd swear we were on an assassination site tour of the US, first Abe Lincoln, then Martin Luther King and now JFK.
